The cutest puppies I have met are Morkies and Borkies.

Morkies (Also known as: Yorktese or Malkie) are crossbreed of Maltese and Yorkie (Yorkshire Terrier). Both Yorkies and Maltese are members of the toy breed group, so you can expect your Morkie to be a small dog, usually in the range of 4 to 8 pounds when fully grown. Morkies are determined, investigative and energetic. Maltese are usually more gentle mannered. They are known for being lively, playful and fearless despite their small size.
Borkie (Also known as: Bichorkie, or Yochon ot Yorkiechon) are crossbreed of Bichon Frise and Yorkie (Yorkshire Terrier) . Although many Borkie display a mix of colors, there are some that are pure black or pure white. Dark brown and blond colors are also frequently seen as a characteristic of these types of puppies. Some of these might even have dark coloring, except for white on their stomach and faces. Their weight is between 4 and 12 pound when fully grown. Borkies are very smart, as both of their parents come from intelligent breeds of dogs. Generally, they respond well to training, even learning tricks. However, that training does need to take place early in their life.
